Mindless farming
My little brother, Jacob, wants to do a farm, but he is only 9. He can use my account, and there aren't too many restrictions of what we can do... I've shown him a few builds, but he says they are all too complicated for him. Does anyone have any suggestions for what he can do (hopefully something very easy, that makes an o.k. amount of money). He is a bright kid, and can pick up things easily, but I think he is intimidated by the farms. Thanks a million, guys.

Vaettir Bombs would work, however what builds has he already tried? Because how complicated things are depends on their build.

Have him do minion master nm outside lion's arch to kill tengu. In a few weeks those scalps will trade for wintersday, Feathers, runes and festival stuff, About 15k an hour.

i would let him do vattirs but NOT bombs, use the old e/me build, much more simple.
you will most likely have to do the run for him, though.

E/me build is wicked fun to run, but i'd have to say it's slightly less mindless than the bombing technique. You need to keep up both Obi and Stone flesh (compared with only maintaining shadow form). These spells have different recharge times meaning the timing for keeping them up is always in flux. Also, Obi flesh causes 50% slower movement, which makes you prone to being body blocked (whereas you have speed boosts and shadow steps in the bomber build).
That being said, I'd still recommend the e/me build as I find it (kinda) fun to run and it will build up your little bro's skills in maintaining enchantments and click-moving to avoid body-block.
Also sins are ftl ...

have him farm trolls outside droks with a warrior. especially this weekend he can earn you some sweets and booze. really simple, 1-2 for enchantments run to cave, 3-5-3-4-3-4-3-5-3-4 until they die by alternating the axe skill and whatever the two blocking skills are.

So your parents named you Killress, but they named your brother Jacob?
Anyway - this gets my vote for the super cute thread of the day! ^^
Completely and utterly off-topic of course!

I don't think people are appreciating the problem.
Get him to farm grawl necklaces in eastern frontier outside of the ruins of surmia outpost. They are level 3 and 4 so can be farmed effortlessly with pretty much anything you load up. There are about 40 in a 4 min run and will drop about 8-10 necklaces. With wintersday coming you can trade 2 for a wintersday item in Ascalon (Priest Erwin). These are very sellable for 100-200g each so thats maybe up to 1K per run. Its also a good source of dyes too so expect the odd black or white in the mix.

Anyway have him do bombs, really its easier to maintain SF then it is to maintain boby flesh. Extremely simple too, you'll have to do the run there though. All he has to do is zone out and back in to go again.

Yeah I would second grawl outside ruins of surmia, especially if you have access to pve skills he can just summon a monster and whack stuff to death, just teach him to pick up all the gold and necklaces and you'll have a stockpile for wintersday.

I think a DB/MS Sin would work. Just teach him the sequence and he is farming in no time.

Killress, you pwn for wanting to help your younger bro out. Sure, you get a benefit, but still - more siblings like this in the world, plz.
Add my vote in for the NM Grawl Farm.
If you want to teach him the basics of maintaining enchants, using a W/Mo to keep up some simple, long-lasting enchants ([[Vigorous Spirit] works here), and once he can keep up one or 2 enchants, teach him some other farms.
Again, props for being a kick-ass big bro.
